This place is well-situated in a charming area with easy access to public transportation, a taxi stand nearby, and close to both the airport and the city center.

Well-equipped and reasonably large room with good beds, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar. The staff was patient and the food was tasty. Location not far from the mountains and public transport and a taxi stand directly outside.

I had a really good stay. the property was fairly clean with wonderfully friendly and patient staff. the location was peaceful and comfortable because it was really close to the centre of Sofia.

The location of this hotel is perfect, nestled in the heart of such natural beauty. The staff members are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, including breathtaking views of the mountains. The breakfast, with its delicious spread and stunning views, is the perfect way to start your day.

The only minor improvement I would suggest is to ensure better disinfection of the common areas.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of having numerous dining options and shops in close proximity to my stay. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise with a variety of options and flavorful choices. The staff were accommodating and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

My enjoyment was overshadowed by major negatives. The bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade, with nowhere to place my toiletries and poor drainage resulting in a puddle on the floor.

Convenient location for mountain hikes, easy access to transportation, friendly receptionist, good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

Can't fault anything about it.

Spotlessly clean, fresh linen, early check-in, cute restaurant, no disturbances.

Great location with mountain view, ample parking and delicious breakfast. The hotel was very clean, had helpful staff and was near other Bulgarian restaurants. It was also conveniently located near a bus stop.
